About Dr. Nilo from his website:

Dr. Nilo A. Hernandez Jr. completed his second dental degree at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska in 1991. Prior to that, he also completed dental training in the Dominican Republic that placed heavy emphasis on dental surgery and trauma procedures. With this training in the surgical arts, is one of many reasons he has excelled with the greatest of passions and vigor. Since 1991, Dr. Hernandez has placed and restored well over 15,000 implants and has been achieved and maintains one of the highest success rates nationwide.

For many years, he has been involved in teaching other dentists to acheive great results with his proprietary techniques. About Dr. Van Varick:

Dr. Van Varick is a native of Rochester, NY.  She received her bachelors degree from Union College, Schenectady, NY in 1999.  In 2003 she graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.  She then headed south to Jacksonville Florida to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program through the University of Florida.
This was a comprehensive training program that gave her advanced training in all aspects of dentistry including extensive training in dental implants.  Dr. Van Varick is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental District, Collier County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. 

Dr. Van Varick established North Naples Dental in June of 2007.  She and her exceptional team strive to offer the highest level of comfort and care to their patients.  They create a truly unique dental experience where each patient's individual needs are addressed in a relaxed, comfortable, state-of-the-art environment.

A little about Dr. Avola:

Relocating to Naples, Florida in 1981, Dr. Avola opened a private clinical practice in family dentistry. As a dental consultant at Moorings Park Nursing Home, she built a second dental facility and taught in service programs on providing oral care for their elderly patients. In 2001 she received her gerontology certification from Florida Gulf Coast University and in 2009 a Master’s degree in Health Studies. Dr. Avola has lectured on oral health, nutrition, pharmacology and aging. She is active in various organizations including the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, American Association of Medical Assistants and the National Academic Honor and Professional Society in Gerontology.
